Conditions

• Daily rates include VAT and Service Charge
• Weekly and monthly rates include VAT, Service charge, Electricity charge and Water supply
• Bottles of water, Beverages and all amenities e.g. soap,shampoo are provided on the first check in date.
• For weekly and monthly rate, towels and other linen will be cleaned twice a week
• For monthly rate, the security deposit (10,000 baht) and one month advanced rental fee are subject to be paid before checking in. The deposit shall be deducted for the damage occurred to the apartment properties in the rented unit.
• After the monthly contract, the daily rates and weekly rates are applied for the period of staying which is less than one month (for long stay only)
  
• A 5,000 baht non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance is payable upon arrival.
• Check-in time at 14.00 hrs and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
• No credit card accepted.
• Rates and government tax are subject to change without notice.
